780-434-7900Dr. Yee’s Chiropractic treatment philosophy involves a tailored approach for each patient. Every first visit begins with a detailed consultation regarding the presenting problem. This is followed by a comprehensive examination and movement analysis. Treatment may involve “hands-on” manual therapy to address joints, muscles, and soft tissue to “hands-off” therapy where corrective exercise is prescribed to improve movement and biomechanics. Dr. Yee strongly believes in the importance of empowering people to take an active role in their own recovery process.
Myles was born and raised in Edmonton and graduated from the U of A in 2017 with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy Degree. He has a passion for living an active lifestyle and helping others do the same.
Your initial assessment will begin with a detailed history about what is bringing you in. This will be followed by a systematic examination of the body part(s) that may be contributing to your pain or injury. Together we will review the key details from the examination and come up with a treatment plan that matches your expectations and goals. Treatment may include manual therapy techniques to address soft tissues or joint restrictions, therapeutic exercise to aid in the rehabilitation process and prevent re-inury, dry needling, or other modalities to aid in symptom managment. Myles has spent the last 7 years working with some of Edmonton's elite U15, U16, and U18 hockey clubs and is the physiotherapist for the Sherwood Park Crusaders. When he's not in the clinic you can find him training for this next race - run, bike or swim.
